Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical support including filing and data entry;
• Provide full spectrum of HR services;
• Provide support on various events including voluntary activities and staff activities, and recruitment day;
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possess Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HK Certificate of Education Examination, or HKDSE or equivalent;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• 30 w.p.m in Chinese and English typing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in spoken Cantonese and English;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• University students will also be considered.
