They are currently seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Manager (Pharma) to join their team. This individual will play a key role in optimizing the supply chain processes for their innovative pharmaceutical products, contributing to the company's mission of addressing critical health challenges and enhancing patient outcomes worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business goals and manage KPIs (FCA, FVB, inventory, obsolescence, case fill rates).
  • Ensure effective supply planning and mitigate stock issues with PS BP.
  • Govern daily Supply Chain and O2C operations, providing solutions to business requests.
  • Handle escalations and exceptions related to orders, pricing, payments, and legal matters.
  • Develop commercial policies with global/local teams and train service networks.
  • Address customer complaints and quality issues, coordinating with relevant teams for CAPA.
  • Oversee O2C processes (credit, commissions, AR, customer accounts).
  • Support audits, policy setup, SOP compliance, and digitalization projects.

Key Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 8 year of working experience in supply chain/supply & demand planning (preferably in FMCG/Pharmacutical background)
  • Strong proficient in SAP (FI/MM/SD/APO), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
