What are your responsibilities?

  • Lead IT and Data Governance initiatives within the Company’s Retirement Solutions in Hong Kong, supporting the Head of Technology
  • Oversee operational management and project delivery of in-house technology platforms, ensuring adherence to Risk and Compliance standards
  • Participate in and contribute to internal Data Governance forums, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Lead the identification and management of risks, dependencies, and issues related to technology delivery and data governance
  • Facilitate the transition of new clients to Retirement Solutions products and streamline their onboarding processes
  • Provide expert technical and business consultation to support business development and pre-sales activities
  • Actively mentor and support team members, enhancing skills and ensuring effective delivery of client onboarding
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators to executive stakeholders and ensure accountability across all transitions
  • Drive the development of a consistent delivery methodology and improve delivery velocity through effective resource management
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on customer service, innovation, and alignment with the Company’s diversity and inclusion objectives


What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in BBA, Marketing, Commerce or related fields
  • At least 10 years professional experience in financial services, professional service, technology or consulting
  • Have a working knowledge of Pensions and Hong Kong’s MPFA Regulations
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels of the organisation and build strong relationships and trust with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Ability to identify client gaps and provide solutions to clients
  • Self-starter who is a result and success oriented individual with the proven ability to develop and follow through on sales plans.
