• Formulate and implement strategic trade marketing plans to drive business performance and achieve commercial objectives.
• Spearhead the launch of sales initiatives to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in the market.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other channel partners to optimise market coverage and sales outcomes.
• Pinpoint new business development prospects and foster partnerships to expand the company's presence and market share.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue generation and achieve long-term strategic goals.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related subject.
• At least 6 years of commercial experience in FMCG sector
• Demonstrated expertise in key account management and trade marketing.
• Strong numeric sense and business acumen.
• Proven abilities in strategic account management, business development, and partner relationship management.
• Strong analytically mindset, outstanding leadership skills, and a results-driven approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
