Our Client is a Top leading bank with strong branch network in Hong Kong, currently they are seeking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Bank Teller/ Customer Service Officer/ in their retail banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Handlings counter transaction for cash, cheque, FX and referral.
- Provide customer enquiries with high quality service.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as required.

- 櫃檯交易
- 處理客戶查詢及投訴
Requirements:
- 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese/ English and Mathematics subjects or above is advantage
- At least 1 year teller experience or above
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
要求:
- 會考或DSE 5科合格包括中英數或更高學歷
- 至少一年或以上teller經驗
