Responsibility

  • Oversee a team dedicated to delivering high-quality services across all production, fulfilment, mailing, and event RSVP activities, ensuring timely execution.
  • Manage the mailing schedule for promotional campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Allocate necessary resources—manpower, equipment, and system operations—to ensure successful production and fulfilment that meets delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain and monitor stock control systems, ensuring that supply aligns with demand and that orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Implement and uphold quality control measures for all production and mailing services, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure event RSVP processes align with client specifications and are executed promptly.
  • Lead the Marketing Support team in developing, enhancing, and maintaining offline systems that facilitate service delivery to clients.
  • Provide clients with detailed quotations and timelines for operational projects.
  • Collaborate on RFPs and coordinate with the Account Servicing team for budget development.
  • Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
  • Guide a high-performing operations team to meet client SLAs and KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding operational inquiries, ensuring satisfaction in quarterly efficiency and value assessments.



Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in an corporate account serving/operations management role within a sizeable organization.
  • Experience in client-focused roles and client operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mailing, printing production, and event RSVP processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent time management, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese .
