We would like to invite you to submit candidate CV for the position of DC Operator (Vacancy: 1). We look for specific skillsets as highlighted below. Also, please note below criteria.

• If the candidate does not possess experience about 50% of highlighted skillsets. We consider the candidate with less experience. The candidate’s take home salary shall NOT exceed HKD 18K per month.
• Cabling work, replacing hardware, mounting / unmounting hardware, assembling hardware, co-locate work at DC, and apply patches are NOT considered DC operator experience

Operate the infrastructure and computers via centralized console, on-line or remote terminal.

1. Execute recover procedures, and system restart.
2. Maintain records of machine performance and production.
3. Record equipment problems and place service calls.
4. Provide guidance to and assist in the training for less experience computer operators.
5. Ensure established procedures are being maintained.
6. Assist support to analysis technical problems and implement solutions in accordance with given instructions.
7. Perform service center help desk duties.
8. Operate input/output devices such as tape drives
9. Monitor supply inventory levels.
10. Drive problem analysis and resolution for incidents that affects infrastructure operations.
11. Perform infrastructure monitoring and distribute alerts to responsible groups of support.
12. Process batch jobs.
13. Follow the instruction from senior / supervisor and manager per related assignment.
