Responsibilities :

• Prepares monthly invoices, budgets and project management reports
• Assists the Project Accounting Manager monthly in analyzing and recording monthly project earnings
• Provides accurate and timely accounting, reporting and project information for assigned projects
• Tracks and inputs budget data for assigned projects
• Analyzes project performance and meets frequently with Project Managers to review project status
• Reviews project contracts to understand the financial requirements on each project
• Prepares and inputs invoices and communicates with clients/consultants as required
• Maintains projects related information on an in-house accounting system
• Maintains accounting files
  
  

Required Skills

• Ability to provide multiple services in a demanding organizational setting
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve quickly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Working knowledge of accounting software programs
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or currently undertaking equivalent professional qualification
• About 2-year experience and auditing experience is a plus
