We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MPF Consultant to support our MPF Product Team. This role is essential in enhancing our pension offerings and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and support the growth of our pension business.
Job Descriptions:
- Sales Presentations and Materials: Create compelling sales presentations and customize materials as needed. Engage directly with clients to deliver tailored pitches.
- Client Solutions Development: Collaborate closely with the MPF Product Team to enhance and adapt product offerings, ensuring they meet market trends and client requirements.
- MPF Operations Support: Facilitate the operational flow of MPF processes by gathering data for analysis, obtaining quotations from providers, timely follow-up and communication with providers to provide clients with comparative offers along with regular status reports.
- Pension App Product Development: Assist in coordinating the development of a pension app, integrating it into the company’s pension product offerings.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and gather feedback from internal and external sources to pinpoint areas for improvement and innovation in pension services.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence related to client interactions, product updates, and sales activities.
Qualification Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in MPF services, financial services, or customer support roles.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to pension products. Proficient in assessing and interpreting data to support product sales.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and meticulousness in executing tasks.
- Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while demonstrating self-motivation.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with mobile app technology and a keen interest in app development. Ability to consolidate user requirements from the product team and liaise with IT and project teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
