Senior Sales Manager – IT Security & Automation Solutions – North Asia
The company is ASEAN-based, specializing in IT security and process automation solutions for multinational corporations across APAC.
They are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and proactive Senior Sales Manager to drive sales in the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan markets.
This is a hunter role focused on business development, new client engagements, and acquisitions.

Job Responsibilities
Manage sales for enterprise customers in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, preferably with knowledge of the enterprise digital journey.
Develop and implement effective sales and channel strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Drive business development by nurturing new opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to pitch security solutions and convert opportunities into deals.
Engage and support channel partners to promote and sell the company’s solutions to their customers.
Conduct sales training workshops and provide regular updates on the company’s solutions to partners.
Lead meetings with decision-makers to identify and qualify opportunities, generate interest, and close deals.
Monitor and review sales forecasts and pipelines with partners to ensure proactive follow-ups and coordinate pre-sales support for deal closures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT software, solutions, or services sales.
Experience in selling enterprise security solutions to end customers in Hong Kong is a plus.
Proven success in managing both end customers and channel partners in a consultative and competitive market.
Established relationships with key industry leaders and CxO-level executives.
Strong track record in channel sales and account management.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
