Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in the financial services industry.
  • Digital Product Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in leading creative strategies and executing digital product design solutions.
  • Tools Proficiency: Expertise in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Research & Insight: Strong ability to transform research data into actionable business insights and decisions, uncovering patterns and trends that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in visualizing complex problems through sketches, diagrams, and other conceptual designs to communicate ideas clearly.

What You'll Do

  • Lead End-to-End Customer Experience Initiatives: Take ownership of key business programs, overseeing the design and execution of customer experiences that align with broader business goals.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct and lead user research with target groups (Advisors, Clients) to gather valuable insights that influence design decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborative Design Communication: Utilize wireframes, prototypes, service design blueprints, and mockups to present and explain your design ideas, ensuring seamless interaction and execution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage insights and data to shape business requirements, use cases, and support platform adoption and change management processes.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all deliverables meet relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Ongoing Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends and best practices to drive cutting-edge implementations.
  • Team Licensing: Ensure team members involved in regulated activities meet all necessary licensing requirements.
  • Support & Collaboration: Provide support across teams and collaborate to achieve business objectives, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
