Assistant Vice President – Business Development (Employer Solution Team)
Assist to formulate and implement retention plan for the corporation
Provide all-round services to channel partners and clients in establishing and operating their employee retirement schemes and handle their enquiries and complaints
Serve clients for their pension schemes in compliance with the service standards with a view to reducing scheme transfer-out to a minimal level. Help build up and maintain a fine corporate image and reputation of the Company in its servicing capabilities and culture
Apply knowledge of the products, operations (including operating systems) and its related systems to servicing channel partners and clients
Provide retirement planning and investment planning services to clients and assist them to review retirement portfolio and investment portfolio in the light of updated information
Provide support to clients on the HR system
Assist Team Head to train team members on the Company’s products, operations (including operating systems), internal control procedures and compliance requirements of the department
Motivate the team members in achieving the goal set by the Company
Work closely with other departments in the planning and delivery of services and recommend improvement of operational procedures for enhancing efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance / Business or related discipline
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in marketing or client services background in the financial industry
Holder of relevant SFC license or pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent)
Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Examination
Good understanding of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) & Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO)
Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
