Reporting to the Director and Head of Office, Hong Kong & Macau, your new role will mainly cover the following but not limited to:
Responsible for handling office leasing operations for a portfolio of assets in Hong Kong
Drive business growth and asset portfolio revenue performance through implementing effective leasing, managing negotiations and rent reviews, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and stakeholders
Play a crucial role in managing assets as a service, and will be responsible for the asset management, leasing and budgeting of a new development in Hong Kong
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry
Work closely with internal departments, including retail, marketing, projects, property management, legal, etc to ensure successful implementation of office leasing initiatives
Build a strong relationship with the client to ensure client satisfaction with respect to asset management services, leasing activities and budgeting
What you'll need to succeed:
MRICS/MHKIS holder with a minimum of 15 years of experience
Relevant experience with respect to office leasing, development asset management, ideally in Hong Kong or Asia Pacific
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess opportunities and make data-driven
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and align leasing activities with business objectives
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant General Manager.
