Reporting to the Investor Relations Manager of Investor Relations & ESG Engagement Department, your new role will mainly cover the following but not limited to:

• Prepare key statements and documents in relation to company’s results announcements, including key sections of the annual report and results presentations.
• Prepare supplementary materials for results announcements, including speaking notes and Q&A covering results and other key topics.
• Coordinate pre-blackout, post results and other ad-hoc interactions between senior management and investors/ research analysts, including preparing speaking notes and Q&A covering relevant topics.
• Coordinate and prepare materials in relation to Investor Days or other special briefings for shareholders and analysts.
• Attend investor conferences, roadshows, as well as one-on-one meetings/ conference calls to provide business updates and communicate the company’s strategic and financial highlights to existing and prospective investors.
• Monitor research coverage on the company and its key competitor set, including building and maintaining relationships with the research analyst community.
• Analyse and present commercial and financial trends, competitor behaviour and other issues that could impact the business.
• Keep abreast of market and industry news and trends to facilitate ongoing engagement with the broader investment community.
• Provide input on media/ public relations strategies and initiatives from an investor relations perspective.
• Review and comment on all investor-related external disclosures and communications.
• Assist in the delivery of ad-hoc initiatives to improve the company’s investor-related communications.

What you'll need to succeed:

• University degree holder with professional qualification in finance, accounting or relevant disciplines.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience with a demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.
• Team player who works effectively, independently and with others.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Investor Relations Manager.
