As their business strengthens, they are hiring an FP&A Lead with a strong background in budgeting & forecasting, financial analytics and business planning to join the team.

Your new role

  • Assist the company in the strategic planning and execution of business growth across HK and the Greater Bay Area
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly and regular business review for management's decision-making
  • Maintain and build financial models and data visualization dashboards
  • Drive the flow of budget planning, strategic business planning and forecasting
  • Oversee and track various KPIs to ensure targets are met and maintained
  • Partner with different departments across the business on various business cases, ad-hoc projects and strategic plans
  • Lead an engaged and performing team with a positive culture
  • Handle the financial modelling for new business plans and strategies


What you'll need to succeed

  • 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • A Master's degree or Qualified CPA is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have a strategic and analytical mindset
  • Reliable and able to work under pressure
