Job Responsibilities

1. Develop real-time soft body cutting simulation algorithms. Conduct extensive and in-depth literature review, track cutting-edge research and technical developments in the field to provide comprehensive theoretical support for research.

2. Build and optimize software modules and algorithmic frameworks related to the research topic, focusing on code readability, maintainability, and efficiency, ensuring stable code performance across different computing environments.

3. Actively participate in building physical simulation platforms and conduct comprehensive simulation testing and validation of developed cutting algorithms.

4. Maintain close communication and collaboration with team members, actively participate in team discussions to facilitate smooth progress of research.

5. Write high-quality research reports, academic papers, and patent application materials.

 

Requirements

1. Hold an outstanding master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related fields.

2. Demonstrate a strong interest in research, be self-motivated, and capable of solving problems independently.

3. Be proficient in C++, Python, and CUDA programming, with solid programming foundations and good coding practices.

4. Be familiar with physical simulation cutting algorithms, understanding their principles and applications.

5. Prior experience in physical simulation projects preferred.

 

Career Development
You'll join CAIR as a Research Assistant. Those who pass the assessment between October 2025 and March 2026 will be selected for the joint-doctoral program co-organized by CAIR and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, thereby commencing a path of more advanced academic research and career development.

岗位职责

1. 负责开发实时软体切割模拟算法。进行广泛且深入的文献调研,追踪该领域前沿研究成果与技术动态,为课题研究提供全面的理论支持。

2. 构建并优化与课题相关的软件模块和算法框架,注重代码的可读性、可维护性与高效性,保障代码在不同计算环境下稳定运行。

3. 积极参与物理仿真平台搭建工作,对开发的切割算法进行全面模拟测试与验证。

4. 与团队成员保持紧密沟通与协作,积极参与团队讨论,推动课题研究顺利进行。

5. 撰写高质量的研究报告、学术论文及专利申请材料。

 

职位要求

1. 计算机、图形学、人工智能、机器人等相关专业,优秀硕士或本科毕业生。

2. 对科研有浓厚的兴趣,自驱力强并且具有独立解决问题的能力。

3. 熟练C++、Python 和 CUDA 编程,具备扎实的编程基础和良好的代码编写习惯。

4. 熟悉物理仿真切割模拟算法,了解其原理及应用场景。

5. 有物理仿真相关项目经验者优先。

以研究助理入职,2025年10月至2026年3月期间通过考核者,将入选中国科学院香港创新院人工智能与机器人创新中心与香港中文大学联培博士生项目,接受双方导师共同指导,开启更高层次的学术研究与职业发展之路。
