Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Help get quote, order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Operation department
  • Coordinate and communicate with Customers/Suppliers/Couriers and Operations team members.
  • Assist in shipping arrangement for local delivery
  • Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by the company

Requirements

  • High school graduation or above
  • 2 years of administration/receptionist working experience
  • Good command of English. Good command of Mandarin is preferred
  • Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mature, detail orientated, good team player with pleasant personality
