Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail.
Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Operation department
Coordinate and communicate with Customers/Suppliers/Couriers and Operations team members.
Assist in shipping arrangement for local delivery
Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
Requirements
High school graduation or above
2 years of administration/receptionist working experience
Good command of English. Good command of Mandarin is preferred
Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Mature, detail orientated, good team player with pleasant personality
