We are currently looking for an Accounts Supervisor to join our Accounts Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Compile full-set of accounts and perform reconciliations on a timely basis
  • Handle daily payments & receipts, preparing management and financial reports
  • Liaise with JV partners as well as preparing tax computation
  • Prepare interim and annual reporting schedules
  • Assist in budget and quarterly forecast preparation and process improvement
REQUIREMENTS
  • Higher diploma or associated degree or above in accountancy
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling full set accounts with knowledge in Hong Kong Taxation
  • Student members taking professional examinations of internationally recognized accounting bodies will be an advantage
  • Good team player
  • Independent, willing to work under pressure and can meet tight deadline
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with PC operation and MS Office, excel, JDE and Tagetik is preferred
