Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk scanning and analyses on internal and external safety data to identify emerging trends and prepare performance dashboards and safety reports for submission to the Executive and the Board
• Assist in managing the corporate safety governance protocols as the rules of engagement with the business units, subsidiaries and associates
• Support the corporate safety programmes and governance activities of the Corporate Safety Management Committee
• Lead and perform corporate safety assurance activities, including safety audits, assurance reviews and advisory reviews, within and outside Hong Kong for the Corporation
• Provide advice and support on compliance with the Corporation's safety requirements, management of critical hazards and for system safety improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ experiences in safety-critical industries
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional engineering institution is an advantage
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills with excellent communication and report writing skills

Remarks:

• Occasional business travel is required
