La Vague Media, a boutique marketing agency and proud member of the  French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong , is looking for a talented  Digital Marketing Intern  to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing creative marketing initiatives, managing digital platforms, and building connections with upscale brands.

Success in this position means bringing creative ideas to life, managing content effectively across platforms, and identifying opportunities to engage with target audiences. As part of our mission to bridge cultures and create meaningful connections, this role will contribute directly to our work with both local and international brands.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will:

• Create and manage content for key platforms, including  Xiaohongshu (in Mandarin) ,  LinkedIn (in English) , and  Instagram (in English) .
• Publish content on La Vague’s website, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Research and approach  local and international upscale brands  for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to reach and engage with targeted  upper-scale Chinese audiences .
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including brainstorming and developing creative ideas.
• Track performance metrics across platforms and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Location : Based in Hong Kong.
• Languages : Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Education : University students are welcome to apply (Bachelor’s degree in progress or above; overseas study experience preferred).
• Experience : Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred.
• Skills : Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to collaborate effectively with a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with Hong Kong and French brands, as well as an understanding of upscale market trends, is preferred.
