Partner Relationships:
Drive partner transformation and growth to prioritize and execute new and strategic initiatives with partners.
Develop a deep understanding of the dealer’sstrategy, business imperatives, and profitability drivers.
Share broad industryand ecosystem knowledge of market and technology trendswith dealers.
Facilitate partner-to-partner discussions and Crestron executivemeetings to support the direct sale and reseller’s innovation and differentiation strategies.
Leverage industry knowledge, channel insight and customer understanding to drive strategic alignment and land joint business objectives with managed dealers.
Act as a partner advocatefor all dealer’sinterests, goals, and objectives.
Demonstrate a good understanding of dealer’s contracts and quotas with Crestron and help them stay compliant and ensure their understanding of all aspects of Crestron roadmaps, timelines, and program terms to improve customer satisfaction.
Identify key focus areas to create actionable & effective accountand performance planning.
Orchestrate annual and quarterly order planning processwith dealer.
Develop and buildnew dealer and partner relationships.
Channel Management:
Channel optimization - understand and assess the capabilities of each channeland optimize investment and strategy to maximize value to Crestron and its partners.
Develop multiyear strategies to compete and win share by ensuringthe right assortment at the right price through strong portfolio management across all product categories.
Drive partner transformation and growth to prioritize and execute new and strategic initiatives with partners.
Support partners through the digital transformation journey to ensureomnichannel presence and growth.
Drive and land regular accountperformance reviews internally and with partners, and secure inclusion into the partner business cycle
Work with partnersto identify their plans and strategies arounddevices and services.
Develop deep knowledge of Partner business practices (procurement strategies, marketingcapabilities, etc.) and effectively guide Partners through the potential impact when Crestron evolves programs, guidelines, or strategic focus.
Experiences Required:
3 or 5+ years AV/IT/ICTecosystem experience with a focus on devicesand services sales
3 or 5+ years of work experience in channel management
Understandingof channels and direct sale landscape
Building strategic relationships and partnering with senior management
Track record of sales delivery and execution
Partner account management with proven business operational excellence and sales results through joint business planning,landing channel strategies, account management, and performance monitoring
Driving long-term sustainable sales growth with partners
Delivery of monthly,quarterly and annualaccount quota revenue
Skills:
Apply entrepreneurial and innovative thinking to identifying and executing business opportunities.
Ability to analyze sales data, draw relevant conclusions, develop accurate business plans and forecasts, and drive program execution.
Possess high standards for performance and compliance.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups.
Must be able to effectively articulate technology and product positioning to channel partners.
