Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated individual for the role of Data Analyst . This position will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and enhance performance across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and gauge the effectiveness of data products and applications by leveraging data analytics and key performance metrics.
• Create and enhance business and analytical models, interpreting intricate data through various methods, from basic data aggregation to advanced statistical analysis.
• Apply statistical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies, extracting valuable insights.
• Design and sustain dashboards, reports, and visual representations to effectively share data insights.
• Work in conjunction with Data Engineers and IT specialists to refine data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
• Partner with the data governance team to oversee data quality, identify issues, and suggest solutions for data cleansing or enhancement.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in data science, statistics, mathematics, information science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar positions.
• Proficient in programming languages like SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience as a data analyst with a track record of delivering successful data products.
• Strong background in using data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI.
• Understanding of best practices in data visualization to effectively convey significant insights.
• Capability to handle large datasets through techniques for data cleaning, pre-processing, and transformation.
• Deep knowledge of statistical analysis methods and concepts for both descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex datasets.
