Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and review of agreements and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research relevant to the business of a SFC-licensed securities company.
• Liaise with internal departments including Marketing, Compliance and Business on regulatory and legal related matters.
• Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc legal projects.

Requirements

• Law degree or current enrollment in LLB/JD/LLM program.
• Relevant working experience in Mainland China/Hong Kong with financial institutions, securities brokers or law firms.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese (working knowledge of Mandarin will be strongly preferred).
• Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum commitment of at least three days per week for a three-month period.
