Manage the delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution throughout the project cycle, from development, sourcing, evaluation through to implementation
Develop business requirements, functional and process design, in partnership with functional teams, with consideration on future business needs and innovation
Estimate project details and financials accurately and manage complexities effectively, understanding and communicating the ERP changes being made
Lead and manage project teams and technical partners, engage key stakeholders to deliver the project on time, within budget and of high quality
Collaborate with key stakeholders and other systems owners to integrate other satellite systems (and revamps) with the new ERP system, identify technology gaps and propose sustainable solutions
Offer advice and recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of current work processes by leveraging latest technology and market best practice
Plan and execute change management activities for stakeholder engagement and communication
Maintain clarity on project status and cost-to-complete, presenting updates and reporting to stakeholders clearly and consistently
Closely monitor and evaluate the performance of the prime system integrator, ensuring adherence to quality standards and programme baseline
Manage project scope according to approved scope baseline; manage vendor delivery according to the agreed contract; control scope changes
Address contract non-compliances and engage procurement in case of contract change
Requirements
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Information Technology & Systems / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
Possession of a recognized professional qualification, such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent, is preferred
A minimum of 12 years’ relevant working experience, of which at least 4 years should be at managerial level
Significant in-house functional experiences in one or more of the following: Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain and Inventory Management
Prior experience in delivering large scale ERP system and the associated business transformation projects
Strong project management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Chinese language ability is not essential but an advantage
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
