Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget package for Hong Kong Transport Services Business Unit, conduct review and develop monthly budgetary control reports
• Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare various business analysis reports to monitor the profitability and cost control
• Carry out customer requirements’ analysis and standardised process review from user perspective for new information systems which relates to budget and business analysis, provide functional consultancy services to users and prepare user guides and manual
• Coordinate with internal interfacing parties and software suppliers in various stages of system development and implementation
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Computer Science / Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in management information system support and development, budgeting and financial analysis
• Good knowledge of financial information systems such as Oracle applications, IBM Maximo packages would be an advantage
• Good analytical and communication skills in both English and Chinese
