Support in corporate-wide change management and communications related to ERP transformation
Work closely with various internal stakeholders (technical teams, functional teams, corporate communications, vendors) to ensure overall successful delivery and execution of the ERP change management plan
Assist in conducting stakeholder and change impact analysis; develop the overall ERP transformation change management strategy and plan across the corporation collaborating with respective team on functional change management plan
Support the management and governance of the change management working group; liaise closely with internal stakeholders across both business and functional change team and functional teams, including design and alignment of project cadence, ways of working, CM team reporting, and setting standards of communications across both corporate wide and functional communications
Develop and maintain detailed change management and communications work plans, budgets, resource plans, risk identification and mitigation plans as well as weekly reports, business readiness tracking and monthly steering committee updates
Prepare corporate-wide communications (e.g. newsletters, announcements, intranet content, leadership video scripts) and engagement materials (e.g. Change Champion briefing materials). Coordinate corporate-wide and functional events such as roadshows, webinars
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in change management or corporate communications
Experience with Oracle and ERP implementations is an advantage
Good interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with good command in both English and Cantonese
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
