Reporting to Planning & Control Officer of the Rolling Stock Asset Development and Governance Section, you will:

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue maintenance schedules and reminders using Maintenance Management Systems like EAMS, RailASSURE, AMCM and TRS
• Provide planning support for the implementation of modifications, contract services and engineering works
• Ensure data accuracy in maintenance task scheduling and budget planning
• Rectify incorrect data entry in information system when required
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering / Computing Science / Information Technology or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years' relevant post-graduate experience, of which 1 year should be in maintenance planning and control field
• Proficient in using MS Excel, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables for data analysis
• Knowledge of the use of Maintenance Management Systems is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of application and databases software, such as SQL and Oracle, along with effective communication and writing skills are advantages

• Candidates with less experience but higher qualificaion will also be considered.
