Responsibilities:
Lead the origination and execution of IPOs and other capital markets transactions, including project management, due diligence, and implementation. For example, plan projects, arrange tasks, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth progress.
Assist in deal assessment and due diligence for internal approvals by analyzing commercial value and risks of projects.
Make sure all work follows applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in projects like IPOs.
Communicate and cooperate with clients, professional parties, and regulators. Both internally and externally, to promote project implementation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA/CFA is preferred. Hold the SFC Type 6 with IPO Sponsor Principal qualification.
At least 6 years of corporate finance experience with a good record of successful IPOs as a sponsor.
Understand the Listing Rules well. Familiarity with the Takeovers Codes is better. Be independent, proactive, responsible, and a team player. Willing to travel.
Have good communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Be proficient in English and Chinese.
