What You Will Do:

Installation Coordination and Technical Understanding:

  • Perform technical assessments and gain an understanding of electrical systems, including testing meters and Penguin gateway connections for heart devices and other engineering approaches.
  • Engage in hands-on daily activities with taxis, ensuring smooth transitions from the professional side to the car auto shop site, addressing any challenges that arise.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and User Experience:

  • Conduct UAT on the new version of the meter to ensure it meets user requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure a smooth user experience by identifying and addressing any issues during the testing phase.

Operational and Product Integration:

  • Foster a strong connection between operations and product development teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of new features.
  • Collaborate closely with both teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into product improvements.

Hardware and Software Transition:

  • Ensure smooth transitions between hardware and software components, addressing any integration issues that arise.
  • Work closely with software development teams to ensure compatibility and seamless functionality.

Logistics and Inventory Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of hardware logistics, including inventory control and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all hardware and related components are well-maintained and available when needed.

 


What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in product management, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical systems and hardware logistics is a plus.
