Your new role

• Analyse and execute various real estate investment opportunities
• Assist the HK Team in real estate evaluation across APAC, especially within South Korea
• Perform valuation analyses and prepare the model.
• Monitor real estate investments and due diligence on potential investments
• Prepare presentation materials for the team
• Assist on ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong analytical skills, expert in financial modelling / valuation
• Business / Finance related bachelor's degree holder
• Excellent command of Korean and English
