We are hiring for a assistant relationship manager to help us maintain strong client relationship, and develop new business.

Role Mandate
Our clients hedge funds, and asset managers. Your task is to help sales director strengthen existing relationship, open new doors, win accounts. You have two key roles
Key Role 1- Assistant Relationship Manager: drive renewal and enable upsell, through which build deep insights into client base and sandalwood products.
Your main role is to support relationship manager(your line manager) to develop strong relationships with existing clients, so to drive renewal and enable upsell.
1. Weekly review with Relationship Manager to discuss and confirm per account “to do” tasks and execute on these tasks
2. Taking lead and coordinate with Client success team and research team to ensure timely and high quality respond to client’s requests
3. Organize regular analyst briefing meetings/calls and write good briefing note.
4. Identify upsell opportunities and actively pitch the ideas to Relationship Manager, so you contribute to the client upsell.
5. Execute on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Relationship Manager.
6. Execute on items assigned by Sales Success team. i.e, OKR setting, client engagement notes, training, product feedback etc.
7. Actively participate in sales team call, sharing market intelligence, offering and discussing ideas
Key Role 2- New Sales Hunter: drive prospecting sales, so to build sales expertise and gain new clients at your assigned territory.
1. You will be given a sales territory to do prospecting work.
2. Under the guidance of your line manager, execute on full sales cycle works, including lead generation, pain uncovering, solution and convincing, negotiation and closing.
3. Involving your line manager at key sales stage to maximize the chance of winning.
4. Take the role of Relationship Manager for your gained clients.
Promotion Path:
Once you are able to gain at least 10 to 20 new clients, you will be promoted to Senior Sales Person, to manage your own accounts (likely with support of an assistant relationship manager) to drive renewal and upsell, and to do prospecting independently at expanded territory.
Requirements
Experience:
2 years of experience servicing institutional investors for associate role, or have experience working inside a hedge fund or asset manager.
4 years+ experience for VP Role
