- Responsible to review and implement relevant policies and procedures;
- Handle project management;
- Organise events and activities;
- Liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders;
- Provide necessary advice and guidance to all subordinates under his/her supervision;
- Participate in and provide administrative support to committees and related meetings.
Requirements
- A degree from a reputable university;
- A minimum of 3 years’ administrative and management experience;
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Well-organised and attentive to details;
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
