Job Responsibilities

• To record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets
• Monitors reservation levels and inform the Revenue & Reservations Manager of current and future occupancy rates
• Manages “no show" reservations by investigation and recording of same
• Maintains knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions/products/service of the Hotel, One Rewards Club and IHG
• Records special billing arrangements for all reservations
• Processes amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc

Job Requirement

• With 1 year related experience, preferably in hotel industry
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Sales Agent
• Immediate available is an advantage
