Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with interviewing or research experience (either full-time or part-time)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese & English
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, passionate, detail-minded, logical, positive and cooperative attitude
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work overtime, irregular hours, and during Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fieldwork supervision for various types of indoor & outdoor fieldworks (including logic checks, quality control, etc.)
• Recruit respondents and schedule interviews
• Conduct face-to-face or telephone interviews and interviews via other channels, in different approaches (including quantitative and qualitative)
• Carry out data coding and data entry, observation and desk research
• Support the recruitment & training of part-time interviewers
• Provide administrative support (including file fieldwork, quality check, and research records)
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
