JC Inclusive Employment Project (Sheung Wan)

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct needs assessment to formulate individual and group goals for young adults with SEN;
  • To provide virtual-reality-based training programs for young adults with SEN;
  • To assist in the development of virtual reality app and related training materials;
  • To provide full spectrum administrative and operational support to the project;
  • To assist on service evaluation, research project, writing up research and service report/presentations, set up research database;
  • To assist in performing editing and translation work, developing or translating or adapting intervention protocols;
  • To assist in event preparation; and
  • To perform ad hoc assignments and other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above, Psychology or Health Science is preferable;
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and use of statistical software;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Attention to details, self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with high volume and spectrum of work; and
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
