Our client is a leading property company with a strong presence in the industry. They are committed to maintaining financial excellence and providing a dynamic, collaborative work environment. As they expand, they are seeking an Accountant to join their growing team and handle full-set accounting functions.

• Manage full-set accounts for multiple entities, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Support internal and external audits and assist with financial analysis.
• Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and system upgrades, particularly with the Oracle ERP system.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in full-set accounting, with a preference for backgrounds in property, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience with all areas of accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, and month-end closing.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP system is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
