We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. You will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a passion for digital marketing and a proven ability to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff while reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and PR.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, publicity, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless execution, drive brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, industry partners, and other stakeholders. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Digital Marketing: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Analyse campaign performance data and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms. Create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with target audiences. Monitor and analyse social media performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyse key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and ROI. Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Project Management: Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Excellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
