Toby has been the largest online service marketplace in Hong Kong. Over 700 services are provided through our matching platform. We are currently looking for a senior product designer.  

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the UI/UX design for the HelloToby platform, creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient user interfaces to ensure an exceptional user experience and visual appeal.
2. Design and optimize websites, mobile applications, landing pages, and advertising materials, keeping up with the latest design trends while maintaining brand consistency.
3. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure cross-platform design consistency, usability, and scalability.
4. Employ user research methods to deeply understand target user needs and transform insights into innovative design solutions.
5. Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure design solutions align with product goals and technical feasibility.
6. Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback, proactively identifying experience pain points and proposing and implementing improvement strategies.
7. Design and optimize AI-driven user interfaces, including chatbots, intelligent recommendation systems, and personalized interfaces.
8. Explore and implement novel interaction models based on natural language processing (NLP) to enhance user interactions with the platform.
9. Create intuitive visual interfaces that help users understand and utilize AI-generated content and suggestions.
10. Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to enhance overall design quality.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related fields preferred.
2. Over 5 years of product design experience, with a preference for experience in online service platforms or O2O product design.
3. Proficient in UI/UX design principles and best practices, with exceptional visual design skills and a strong aesthetic sense.
4. Skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
5. Experience in user research and usability testing, capable of using data-driven design decisions.
6. Excellent design thinking and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex business requirements into simple design solutions.
7. Project management skills, capable of handling multiple design projects and delivering high-quality results on time.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
9. Familiarity with AI technologies in user interfaces, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning.
10. Experience in designing AI-driven interactive interfaces, such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, or personalized recommendation systems.
11. Understanding of voice user interface (VUI) design principles, capable of designing voice interactions and multimodal interfaces.
12. Experience in data visualization design, capable of creating intuitive interfaces to display complex AI analysis results.
