RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to shaping annual marketing strategies and budgets in line with the company’s mission and objective.
  • Drive marketing initiatives, meticulously monitoring results, costs, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Relationship, Business Development, and Advisory teams to design diverse sales promotion programs.
  • Partner with ICBC’s global Private Banking network’s head and regional offices to organize events that enhance cross-border interactions.
  • Safeguard the esteemed brand identity and craft compelling narratives for both internal and external communications.
  • Identify and cultivate meaningful partnerships and value-added services. Stay abreast of competitors’ activities and prevailing market trends.

GOALS

  • Generate leads through various touchpoints
  • Cultivate deeper client relationships.
  • Create cross-selling opportunities.
  • Enhance and optimize the Private Banking‘s brand image
  • Ensure all materials and activities adhere to legal, compliance, and risk control requirement. Lead generation though multiple touch points.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and Finance, Communications, Journalism, Arts or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in customer-focused marketing and promotions, Preferably with exposure to CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
