Responsibilities:

• Execute end to end recruitment cycle from posting job advertisement, screening resumes, arranging and conducting interview, preparing employment contract and processing on-boarding procedure
• Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives
• Create and execute recruitment strategies & recruitment metrics
• Work closely with the entire HR team in driving the implementation of company objectives and programs
• Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
• Maintain accurate data in HR system
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years human resources experience
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing)
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
