NES Fircroft is partnering with a well-known developer for General Manager, Property Management position in Hong Kong. You will be the P&L owner for all properties in Hong Kong to ensure their day-to-day operation and management, including budget control, soft and hard services. Sitting in the HQ, you will be leading a team ensure the high service level to the tenants. you will be expected to keep track of market trend to initiate asset software enhancement. Maintaining sound relationship with internal and external stakeholders is expected too. 

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
• Member of professional organisations with at least 20 years of experience in property management, 10 years of which at managerial level
• Experience of asset software enhancement will be an advantage 
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with working experience from service providers and landlord side are welcome
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Property Manager
