Manage sales growth by preparing business plans and market development proposals for the assigned key accounts to identify risk and opportunity.
Prepare sales reports, Conduct research and analysis, obtain market and consumer insights; provide action plan and recommendation to drive the business growth
Lead, coach and monitor the team to achieve company’s business objectives.
Review and consolidate the investment plan independently and systematically.
Manage customer enquiries and provide feedback in order to maintain operation smoothly.
Develop a solid and trustful relationship with major key account clients.
Develop / expand new opportunities and open up new sales channels and as well as to expand the market share

May need to travel internationally to shows and suppliers.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce or equivalent.
Minimum 3-4 years in FMCG industry with experience in key accounts management.
Prior experience in Food & Beverage will be an added advantage.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, Positive thinking, with high level of self-initiative, reliable and persistent, with sense of ownership, a good team player, Able to work under pressure
Good analytical skills to identify sales gaps / opportunities..
Candidates with less experiences will be considered for the post of Sales Executive.
