Responsibilities:

Clinical & Consultation
- Provide and oversee professional nutrition and dietary consultation services
- Monitor patient progress through different health programs
- Develop and maintain consultation quality standards
- Review and evaluate consultation outcomes
- Mentor junior nutritionists and provide clinical supervision

Quality Management
- Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols for nutrition services
- Conduct regular service quality audits
- Implement best practices in nutrition consultation
- Develop standardized consultation procedures and guidelines

Marketing & Business Development
- Lead the development and review of nutrition-related marketing materials
- Oversee content quality for nutrition articles and press releases
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure accuracy of nutrition information
- Develop and review educational materials for clients

Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations in stores
- Manage team schedules and resource allocation
- Monitor and maintain inventory of nutrition-related products
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Education & Experience
- Degree holders in Nutrition and Dietetics or above
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in nutrition consultation service
- Management experience preferred
- Professional certification in nutrition/dietetics
