Responsibilities
- Perform recruitment functions across different business units including but not limited to shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and on-board arrangement
- Support all talent acquisition activities including campus recruitment, job fairs and recruitment schemes, etc.
- Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels
- Liaise with PRC local HR to handle related HR matters
- Assist in handling Employees’ Compensation cases
- Prepare annual manpower planning budget
- Provide support in implementation of HRIS and HR related projects
- Maintain personnel records and filing system
- Prepare and consolidate management reports
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder majoring in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 6 years or above of relevant working experience, preferably from construction industry
- Experience in handling university campus recruitment, apprenticeship scheme and supplementary labour scheme, etc.
- Experience in handling PRC HR matters is preferable
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, PRC Labour Law and related regulations
- Good command of written English & Chinese and spoken Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Independent, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate availability is preferred
