What You'll Do:

As a Systems Analyst  , you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation journey, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Lead with Vision:  Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design systems that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Build & Innovate:  Design and develop web, mobile, and automation applications that elevate user experiences and streamline workflows. Create intuitive dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools.
• Optimize & Transform:  Conduct deep-dive analyses of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions.
• Empower Teams:  Lead a dynamic development team in system maintenance, application support, and continuous improvement. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of excellence.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve:  Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and ensure we stay competitive.
• Document & Assure Quality:  Create comprehensive technical documentation and ensure rigorous quality assurance through well-crafted test cases and testing protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Systems Analyst  with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

• Experience That Speaks Volumes:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 5+ years  of hands-on experience in web/mobile app development, automation solutions, and system design.

1. Proven expertise in developing RESTful APIs , Java Web Applications , SpringMVC/SpringBoot, JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS , Vue/React , and their libraries.

• Technical Mastery:
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases  (e.g., MySQL, MsSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Automation Anywhere  and Cloud platforms  (AliCloud, Azure, AWS) is a big plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes , especially garment manufacturing, will set you apart.
• Analytical & Leadership Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical skills to collect, organize, and analyze data effectively.
  • A natural leader who can inspire teams, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese  (Cantonese & Mandarin), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
