About the role - Work with a BIG Team

We have over 100 team members in HK and China. As an Operation & Admin Officer / Trainee with Food Channels Limited, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth daily operations and admin functions of our company based in Tsuen Wan District. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, Young , dynamic work environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing general admin support across various departments, including Ai training note and document management
• Assisting with the coordination of office operations and logistics, such as managing inventory, arranging meetings, and liaising with external suppliers and vendors
• Supporting the implementation of administrative IT System , procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Participating in special projects and initiatives as required
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager

What we're looking for

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficient in using AI tools , Google Doc, Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Use IT tools , a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
