The incumbent will lead the key account team to drive and develop strategies to maximize the sales and profitability, as well as ensure a seamless execution is in place. 

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement account strategies for key customers
• Identify opportunities to grow business
• Deliver company sales / visibility / profitability targets within budget
• Build good, long-term and solid relationships with key account customers
• Lead and coach key account team, work closely with marketing team to achieve company’s best interest
• Lead negotiation on trading terms, promotional agreements and pricing structures 
• Drive execution excellence
• Work Location : Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with major in Business related discipline is preferable
• 8-10 years of key account management experiences gained in reputable FMCG company, exposure to Household and Personal Care companies is a strong advantage
• Result-oriented, able to react quickly and flexibly
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, market trends and consumer insights
• Excellent presentation and communication skills 
• Strong command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
