Key Responsibilities:
• Act as SFC Responsible Officer (RO) for Types 1, 4, and 9 licenses
• Maintain regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks
• Assist in the expansion of financial product lines (OTC derivatives, CFDs, structured notes, US securities)
• Ensure seamless client service delivery
• Integrate compliance requirements with business operations

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Economics/Accounting
• SFC Type 1, 4, and 9 licenses (RO status preferred)
• 5+ years in financial services with licensed activities
• Familiarity with OTC derivatives (OTC-D), Contracts for Difference (CFD), Structured Notes, Bonds, US Equities, and US Stock Options.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities
• Expert understanding of Hong Kong regulatory framework
