Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager (International Residential)

Job Description:

• Work closely with the marketing & sales team to promote International properties in all sales & marketing activities
• Develop market analysis, competitive analysis to improve campaign performance and achieve sales targets
• Responsible for planning, preparing, coordinating, operating, executing, and evaluating of online campaigns and offline events
• Explore new promotion channels to promote international properties
• Compile marketing performance and reporting; Collect feedback from sales channels and keep track of results to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with the overseas marketing teams to achieve product/service content on various online platforms
• Support sales team for all marketing literature
• Work closely with and liaise with developer’s marketing team for project information.
• Brief, execute and work closely with agency and media to roll out promotional items.
• Support event planning and execution

Skills and background:

• Diploma or Degree Holder (preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communications and language skills with fluency in English and Chinese
• Design & Digital Marketing experiences is an advantage
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably from the Real Estate / Property / International Residential (IR) industry
• Experience working with inhouse designer or agency, able to give direction and lead designer and web team to finish assigned projects
• Experience in digital & social media marketing, YouTube Ad, Google Ad & Facebook Ad
• Proficiency in MS office application;
• Presentable, creative, self-motivated, responsible, organized, team player and with good time management skills and capable to work under pressure and on tight schedules
• Able to support occasional weekend exhibitions or evening client events
• Mature with positive mindset as well as a good team player
• Candidates with more experience in IR may be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
