Job Title: Lead Tutor / Teacher (Full Time)
Location: Shatin (HomeSquare) / CWB (Hang Lung)

Responsibilities:

• Through sharing of teaching experience and exercising his/her managerial skills, lead a team of coaches to provide outstanding learning experience for the students at the Centre
• Offer necessary guidance to coaches and monitor their teaching activities to ensure good quality of work in the coaching team
• Guide and nurture students through our transformative Attention Training program
• Maintain open communication with parents, reporting on students' progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder with a passion for education and youth development
• Minimum 6 years of teaching/counseling/coaching experience with children
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
• Experience in Special Educational Needs is a distinct advantage
